I agree. I think it would be better to simply have three possibilities for accessibility, as this is supposed to be a list of usable software with VO. These could be, "Perfect Accessibility," "Near perfect accessibility," and "Usable." "Near Perfect" would of course be for programs where not all the buttons and other controls have been labeled for VO, etc, but are still very friendly. "Usable," would be for apps that, with a bit of patience and playing, can be used, but are not quite there. JMHO. I like rating scales, but think it would be far too subjective and too difficult to maintain any sort of standard with
