The Apple product listing is for programs that are central in the OS
like the calculator, Finder and so on.

This is awsome. Is a quote Apple unquote product type something that
is part of OS X (like calculator) or anything at all from Apple (like
Final Cut Pro)? I hope not the latter, since Apple is also the
developer, and fields should not be redundant. I think the Apple
product type should be replaced with "OS X component". Something like
iTunes, which is bundled with OS X, but available as separate
download, is still something of a gray area.
Also, I would point out that the field lables mundge the difference
between "accessibility" and "VoiceOver compatibility". This
distinction is probably less important for OS X than on the Windows
side of things.
