I think it should be left up to the stores, whether or not, they want
to retain someone with knowledge of VoiceOver. I get calls from our
local Alaska Mac store to come in and assist a blind person, who may be
a potential customer, and if they want additional help, I will help
them; however, the Alaska Center for the Bllind may, in the near
future, offer that training; (I hope they will). Trudy, the woman who
told me about VoiceOver, gets calls from various teachers from the
Anchorage school district; this, too, is on a voluntary basis. Richie
