I'd love the answer to this as well. It's weird because I find
that certain volumes on my network seem to result in this constant
busy signal more than others. It can be rather irritating.

Hey folks.
When attempting to access a SMB share from the finder, VoiceOver does
not read out items as I arrow over them. Visually, the cursor does
move,
but VoiceOver constantly states that the finder is busy.
I am running OS X 10.4.9 on a G4 Mac Mini 1.42Ghz, 512MB RAM. Has
anybody else seen the same, or similar behavior?
Thanks in advance.
