Go to washingtonpost.com. VO keys right arrow to a news article.
Press space to go into it. VO keys to "local" link and then try to
vo down to the article. It just passes over it and goes to the top
navgation bar. It won't navigate down html.
This is random behavior so not everyone will see it. Seems to happen
on my macbook pro more often than not though. Have reported it.
