Nope, no joy either.

Did notice something though: I cannot do this on the mac, but in windows with
Jaws I can right click on the item I want to buy and then choose "copy iTunes
store URL". Then, drop this in IE and it magically brings up the entry in the
browser, then refocuses (or re-opens) iTunes. Now at the top of the source list
where the entry for your library is, there is something that looks like:
music re <item title> <account name>...
When I had sighted assistance, there was some kind of confirmation step that had
to be performed to complete the purchase (even though I've set the one-click
preference). I think the trip to the browser initiated the purchase, but there
is one more confirmation that I cannot perform because I don't know what magic
thing to click on next.
Damn stupid if you ask me!
