Microsoft and Apple

I suspect, though I can't prove, it may have something to do with the 
ability to install Windows without sighted assistance, just as we can 
with VoiceOver and the Mac.  No details were given, but that's what I 
suspect.  The beef is a little off topic, I know; but somebody asked if 
whether or not Microsoft was treated the same way in a resolution.
