Josh, It is highly possible that whoever wrote that resolution was
misinformed. I'm in the process of writing a message to Mitch
Pomeranz, the new president of ACB, to express my own concerns, and
hope he can persuade the board to reconsider this resolution. I'm sure
Gabe, Larry, and others, as well as I, will be posting to the ACB-L
