Hi again John,
It does seem like a lot of messing around to me. Greg seems to think
that it is doable and I take his advice on that. I need to really use
newsgroups on the mac as I am tired of constantly going into fusion
just to read them.
Any other possibilities welcome for accessible newsnet news readers.
Thanks all

OK, I see what you are talking about. If you start the
program and arrow down to the specific group, you can use the VO
keys and right arrow to go to the outline of messages. It is
passed the splitter. The problem I am finding is that the actual
message cannot be found. I'm seeing the sender and subject and
date, but no message. Note that you have to make sure that you are
not interacting with the outline that contains your sent items
folder, drafts and the news groups. Again, I'm hoping there is a
sighted person or someone with some sight who can try this program,
as I know there is something that I'm not seeing with VO or missing.

Hi again folks,
I am still having problems. although I have subscribed to the
groups and found the outline with the folders in for the group
names, all I get is Image, folder name and there is nothing in it.
How do I get the app to download the messages? It doesn't seem to
want to know. I've tried everything, refresh, resubscribing,
everything.
Any ideas?
