It isn't. There have been rumors of an accessible version but nothing has been released. However the Mac's built in word processor TextEdit will read and write Microsoft Word files and, despite its name, is a full word processor in its own right.

The big item that is lacking right now is a spreadsheet but several vendors, Mariner and Tables, are working on the needed changes to their products for this.
