I wouldn't want Freedomscientific for that role. jfw is too flakey with
certain video cards. That's why I only use jfw on the job and not at
home. I had one of those problem video cards and wisely tried the demo
software out on it first. When a patch for the demo failed to improve
things, I bought window-eyes and it had no problems at all installing or
working. If you get an error with current versions of window-eyes, the
system takes notes. When you reboot your computer, window-eyes calls home
and reports the error along with its notes. That way technicians get to
work solving that error. No such advanced thinking over at
freedomscientific yet.
