I use Window-Eyes with no problems whatsoever with Parallels. I used SharpKeys, a program from www.RandyRants.com just to add an extra insert key on the keyboard to make that a little less cumbersome. I use the desktop layout on my MacBook. It's not a big deal at all. No different than using Window-Eyes on any other laptop, IMO.
