Hi:

I was able to locate a 30 day trial download of iWork 08 on the Apple site and will follow with a link. In any case, I'm pleased to report terrific success with Voice Over. From my initial basic test of Pages, tits accessible. I was able to read and write documents and save them. Menu access was fine as well. I didn't get too advanced so take these as initial tests.

I tried Numbers which is a new spread sheet utility and it seems much more difficult though workable. Menu items speak, buttons are often announced and it looks like with some practice and work that we can use VO with this program as well.

Keynote was workable though with very similar results to Numbers. I don't consider myself too advanced of a VO user but those of you on the list who know the utility will figure it out I'm quite certain.

One thing I noticed is that all of these programs have graphical displays when you open them. So, when you download the 30 day trial you've got to figure some stuff out after you install iWor 08. For example, I clicked on Pages and a screen comes up with choices to buy or tour or continue the trial. But, the labels are above the button and you've got to work down to the graphical button below it. Easy with some vision but not good if no site at all.

I'll continue playing with it but I believe we're in business folks. Pages opens Word 2007 files as well from what I can tell also.

I'll find the link and send it.
