It's never pointless. The more people they know have an interest in
accessibility of their products, the harder they'll work to improve
it...in theory. I think they're doing a tremendous job. They did
respond to my query and you can read the response at www.lioncourt.com
Just don't think a lack of response means a lack of interest.
