Running Parallels or Fusion, $80 retail, you can install Ubuntu Linux
on a virtual machine. Ubuntu is free and comes with both a built-in
screen reader, though it isn't as robust as VoiceOver, and Open
Office. Open Office's spreadsheet program appears to be quite
accessible.
