Ah okay, in that case we don't know if Windows can even see the display.
It could be that the your virtual machine hasn't been given access to
the USB ports. Check your virtual machine configuration and if it
doesn't have a USB connection, add one. Then restart the virtual
machine. I suppose you could check in Windows Driver Manager whether it
can see the display.

Sorry, no, I haven't tried. I'm just trying to solve your problem from
first principles and a bit of knowledge of Fusion.
