I only have this happen on extremely rare occasions. Eery time it
did one of two things would always fix the problem. Start tabbing
until you hear VO announcing links on the page. You should then be
fine to interact with and navigate the page. If not, and if you are
using a MacBook, or if you have a physical mouse handy, move the
mouse pointer manually over some of the web page. This has always
worked when the first method did not.
