Hi Jeanette,

I have very poor vision (in fact I'm registered Blind
in he UK) and use my iMac G5 20" every day mostly for
reading mail and letters. I do use VO to navigate
arond the screen but when reading letters or finding
my way arond the screen the simplst solution is to use
the built in ZOOM feature, COMMAND OPTION PLUS KEY to
enlarge and COM OPT MINUS key to reduce. This enlarges
the whole screen. As i move the mouse around the
whole enlarged screen moves arond under the cursor.

There is also a feature in VO that enables you to
enlarge the mouse cursor.

Lastly any selected text can be made to speak out loud
by pressing COMMAND OPTION K.

Hope this is of some help.
