Interesting idea, why not raise it with Apple

Hi,
I know it wasn't directed at me, just getting fed up with all those
who seem to think VO is the best when it is quite clearly shit at
some things but there we go. The fact that we have to jump through
hoops at all to access the net is rediculous but I will leave it
now as we will wait until leopard.
As to that, I wonder how one gets in on the testing for it? It
strikes me that a select few, specific blind people I might add,
seem to always be in on everything. Surely this is a bad thing. I
think VO should be open beta for blind users as it is, in general,
it is blind users that will be using and benefiting from it.

Hi,
But then, the counter argument, you can't config it at all to
work in anything that's not cocoa authorised.
Yes, of course I did configure voiceover properly, what do you
all take me for? I've been around computers and access
technology for years. I'm getting rather tired of everyone
assuming that I don't read docs and understand the technology.

Hey, you are again entitled to your opinion, but did you take
any of the recommendations from folks on this list? Did you
take the time to really understand how to best configure the
VoiceOver options to optmize your methods of browsing? If not,
try them out, you may be surprised. And I'm also a long time
Window-Eyes user and I'm sure you understand if it weren't for
those handy set files, you may find the web a more difficult
place to brows. That's one nice thing about VO, you don't need
special configuration files and scripts to make it work.
