As many have said, iTunes will do all of this for you, and a whole
lot more. It is far more robust and easier to use than WinAmp in
Windows, IMO. Also, unless you have MP3 players that you need the
files for, or something similar, I recommend giving the AAC format a
try. Typically the quality of the music will be better with AAc.
iTunes will support both formats and then some.
