It's the built in search. OSX indexes all your documents so it can instantly find stuff. To activate search hit Apple-Space from most anywhere. This brings up a search field where you can type in what you're looking for. It does real-time updates of results so there's no good audible way to get this as you type, but it doesn't hurt anything either. Once you're done typing you can down arrow through the list of hits. I had some issues where it repeated some of the entries. The list is broken up into groups such as Top Hits, Documents, Presentations etc. It seems like going from one group to the next caused some of the repetitions or moving before it was done speaking. Anyway, once you find one you want to open just hit return. If you want back up to change your search terms hit escape. If you want out of search and back to whatever you were doing hit escape again.
