No, the page is mainly aimed at screen reader users. I suggest trying
the following procedure:
1. In Firefox go to:
http://www.apple.com/accessibility/voiceover/manual.html
2. Tab to the "1.3MB PDF-VoiceOver Getting Started for Mac OS X 10.4
Tiger" link.
3. Right click or press shift F10 to open the context menu on that link,
and select: Save link as... to download the file rather than trying to
open it in Firefox.
4. Open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Reader.
For lots of guidance on reading PDFs in Adobe Reader see:
RNIB's guide to using PDF with screen readers:
http://urlx.org/rnib.org.uk/9001c
Adobe's own somewhat older guide:
http://www.adobe.com/enterprise/accessibility/readcontent.html
Let us know if that helps.

I used both IE and Firefoxx and they both opened a web page. In Firefoxx
it only read the title bar and in IE it seemed to read everything but it
had allot of graphics. Is this page primarily used for individuals with
some sight.
