access at its core is sql, so learning sql by any blind data base user
just turns that blind user into a power user whether their supervisors
like that or not. For those with a background in windows, using access
without sql is like using windows; using access with sql though is like
learning all of dos and batch language and at that point you get the rest
of the controls put into your hands.
