help with voiceover and my final project

hello, my name is Maurice Mines.  I am a graduate student in  
Educational Technology at the University of Northern Colorado.

I have a large audio documentary project due.  Is there a way I can  
do this on a Mac using voiceover (I am new to voiceover, so I am  
looking for suggestions.)

Is there any accessible text editor, beyond stickies (my professor  
strongly recommends microsoft office for macs, which seems to be very  
inaccessible)


In order to transfer these projects to the class website, I plan to  
use my Linux server.  Is terminal compatible with voiceover, or is  
there a better way?
