I have a question for you HTML types.How do you make a text box where you submit comments say what it is when you tab over it in Safari? This text area tag does not appear to work. VO only says "edit box" or something when I tab across it. I can't give you a link, but I am sure you have seen those boxes where there is no label but you are allowed to put text in.
