So in short I can set this to automatically spell check my message on
its own and will not have to press key combinations for each message?

Yep certainly.
When finished writing a message press command-shift-;, a new
window will open for the Spell Checker, using VO'S Window Chooser
menu, navigate to this window, the rest should be simple, use the
browser to select the replacement words, use the appropriate
buttons to control the spell checker, use VO'S commands to spell
the words etc.

Listers because the VO verbosity only allows for either characters
or words to be spoken as we type. I wanted to know if Mail has a
spell checker built in. If so how do I access it after I type a
message?
