Sometimes in Safari, and Skype's site is one of those places where it regularly happens, clicking on the link to download will not open the download window.

If after clicking on a download link if you hear no reaction, or if after navigating around it with VO and arrow keys, it hasn't changed; press option/command and l. That should bring up your download's window regardless whether you've clicked on anything or not. VO keys and arrow or tab where it says "list." Interact with that. As you arrow down you will hear the word group. Arrow down to the last one and interact and you will be within either the last thing downloaded, or what is currently downloading.

After clicking on a download in a page check within the window within a few seconds instead of repeatedly clicking on the link or you might run two or three downloads of the same thing. Yes, I've done that before. Also in Safari menuunder Windowyou can find the download window as well if you prefer to use menu instead of keyboard.

The only other things in the download window are Clear, and the amount of downloads sitting in the window itself whether they've downloaded in the past and haven't been removed or current in progress downloads. Mine says 3 downloads, but I am not currently downloading anything at the moment, just stuff I haven't cleared out yet. Hope this helps you some.

Open where? it did not appear to open but it is on my desktop, so it did do something. Hi, You'll not find anything if you tab around. You should get a download window that opens
