My program will not close. It says it is done, but it will not

At installation time, a screen comes up with a Customize button.
You click that and it gives you a number of choices. Uncheck the
Language Translations and Additional Fonts Checkboxes. Then go
through the Table of languages only checking the ones you want to
keep.
