mice and VoiceOver

So far I haven't figured out how to run an apple computer without rodent 
attached where when I start the machine up the machine doesn't freak out. 
If I manage to do that, then enabling all of the mouse tracking options 
for VoiceOver will be made safe.  Doing so may also enable me to get mysql 
installed using only the keyboard along with any of those other software 
packages that require a click of the rodent to get their installations 
started.
