1. read the quick start and manual when we get equipment2. try it out before asking how do i do this, where's this key etcetera, it rediculous
3. have fun whilst exploring the mac it aint a hard environment to elarn4. finally ask questions when u feel oh ok, i ahve tried everything, i am truely stuck, time to call the list up for answers
