Well, I just broke my own rule on this subject, just to say that I 
teach my students to use the Help Manual for most basic problems, but 
if you don't find it in the tutorials, look to other resources, such as 
this list.  And there will be times when you're not going to find a 
solution you are looking for in the tutorials; we all know that.  Or, 
perhaps we may not understand the language of the explanation in the 
tutorials.  I just don't want to get resolutions such as the one put 
forth by ACB, in which the wording would have done more harm to our
