These DTB2iTunes enhancements sound cool! I am not sure what the
chaptertool.xml file is though - is it possible for DTB2iTunes to
just put chapter markers in where the original mp3 files ended if
there's no other indications? That would be more useful than no
chapters at all, and the DAISY books often seem to break up the mp3
files according to book sections anyway.
