Lime Wire uninstall problems and a question

Listers I downloaded Lime Wire on yesterday and when I opened the  
program I got a message saying that it unexspectantly had to close  
and that it wouldn't harm Tiger. I thought that maybe it did not  
fully install so I moved it and deleted it from the trash. It created  
two folders on my desktop labeled Shared and another labeled  
Incomplete. The incomplete folder is what leads me to believe that it  
didn't download properly. My question is, was this the correct way to  
uninstall this program and if so why did it leave behind the Shared  
and Incomplete folders. Second is their a unistaller that works well  
with Voice Over?.
