I think he was asking about the type of card reader he needed to use for a HDSC card.

You just look at the description of the reader. If it is more than a year old it probably doesn't support HC. There should also be some kind of symbol printed on the reader.

iStream will make the required folder on any media at any location. So yes you can just put a card into the card reader use iStream to make the folder and install files and then put the card into the Stream.
