hi all;
ok, so here is how you do it:
press command+, to get to the preferences dialog of mail.
VO right tell you here signatures, and press that with vo+space.
Then vo right Errol tell you here a table you can interact with.
You can keep it for all accounts, but if you have more then one
account (a home account and a work account for example), you can
high light another one, then follow the rest of these directions to
edit your signatures for each account.
After highlighting the account, stop interacting with that table
and vo right twice.
You are given another table, though there isn't anything in this
table as of yet for it's the table holding all your signatures that
you have. You would interact with this table, then highlight the
signature you want to edit, then edit it if you had more signatures.
Now if you vo right one more time you here "button", but if you vo
+h it states "add signature".
Click this. Now in the edit field put a name for your signature.
Follow that bye a return
then vo left tell you find a table with your signatures in it.
Interact with that table, highlight your signature, stop
interacting with that table, then vo right tell you here "html",
and interact with that.
You then type your signature here, stop interacting, and then press
command+w to close the window.
there you go. If you Errol around more, you will find a menu
talking about what signature you want to use as your default one.
You can choose a signature, choose it to change the signature in
the order they appear, or randomize your signatures.
I really hope that this helps someone, and if you need me to
explain more feel free to contact me via any of the methods below,
or simply reply. It's late, I'm tired, (yet can't sleep), and
really need to use the restroom . smile! so i do hope this makes a
lot of since.
thanks
