Hmmm. try a spot light search, that should show you where it's
downloaded. It might be in the root folder of your drive too. But if
you do a spotlight search it should be there.

I understand the doc stuff, but in my applications folder all I see
is the Address Book down to Utilities and no TiVo in between. I have
the folder in column view, but like I said the program is somewhere.
Any other suggestions?

Hi. Look in your applications folder, applications usually install
there. It's not a good idea to run applications from the disk
image anyway. When you install an application, if there is no
installer package, you should copy the application out of the disk
image. Also refering to one of your earlier questions, if you put
something in the dock from a disk image and then delete the image,
your dock short cut will disappear to. Make sure your applications
are in a folder and that when you add something to the dock that
your adding the application you copied and not the instance that
you are running from the disk image. I hope this helps, its a bit
rambly.

Listers I downloaded TiVo Desktop and installed it, but all I see
is the installer package. It shows up as a volume under network
and says TiVo Desktop. I right arrow and it first has the volume,
then the installer pkg then the more info button. I know that the
program installed because it said it was successful and asked me
to click done. Can someone tell me what is wrong?
