worked it out but why so slow

hi all

ok in audio highjack pro i set the input to microphone the built in  
one, and output to soundflower 2. for system audio i left it at  
system audio. now i hear everything i ever say beeing repeated at me,  
lol, after about ten second delay, but have is et the right options  
for recording voice over and my voice when i need it? or system auido  
should i say?
also it is so slow to respond when i am working with voice over int  
he recording is this normal?
