I'm using version 2 for now. Do you know can the public beta access IGoogle on http://www.google.com? I have accounts created with windows machines and as soon as I try to open up the IGoogle link, safari 2 restarts.

What version are you using? I was using Safari version 2 and it kept doing
the same thing. So, I downloaded Safari version 3 Public Beta and it seems
to work fine. It even accesses my yahoo.com which no longer accepts Safari
and my Supreme Court of Ohio which now is specifically fashioned to accept
Internet Explorer [which no longer is supported for the Mac] so that I was
able to register as active attorney and pay my fee on line. Safari version 3
crashes/locks up once in a grand while. So, I just quit and restart. But,
then, iTunes also crashes/locks up once in a while and I do the same thing.
I know a lot of folks on our forum have had problems with Safari version 3.
I've been lucky. Hopes this helps.

Anytime I've attempted to go to any external web site in the last two days
safari gets busy and gets locked up. I've done the repair disk
permissions in disk utility and that's having no effect.
