Version Tracker and downloads

Listers I am trying to understand the differance in the two downloads  
I was forced to download for a software called Share Points. The  
software automatically maps my NAS drive to the Mac so it  
automatically is mounted when I turn on my PC. The site just has two  
download links with no readable descriptions, just download now and  
download now again. The two versions read like this on my desktop:  
sharepoints 354.dmg.gz and share points 354-1.dmg.gz I want to know  
what is the differance and which one do I need? I just got both of  
them just in case one didn't work. By the way the site was  
versiontracker.com.
