Listers when I first started asking question about using the mail  
program, I was directed one of two ways. One was using the menu bar  
and the other was using short cut keys. There is one other way that I  
discovered for myself and maybe it will help someone else. Say you ar  
in the message table in mail and you want to reply to a message, but  
you don want to open it. You can press VO plus shift plus M and bring  
up the context menu to reply and more. HTH This is a shortcut for  
people who rely on the menu bar and not for shortcut key users.
