migration assistant

ok if i want to do a clean fresh install of leopard, how can i use  
the migration assistant afterwards to get my safari bookmakrs, mail  
settings etc. back
will
p.s. that take control of upgrading to leopard e book that reads fine  
in preiew should be cool
