Automatic Attachments

	Listers I hate the cumbersome task  of having to save an attachment  
and then going to the finder to open it or use spotlight. Because  
unless the attachment is crucial but important I would like to skip  
over the save process and have it automatically save to a folder of  
my choice. Is there something in place for this type of task?
