To answer your question, I have a USB tieman Braille voyager 40, and it was just plug and play.

was using Leopard and thought ... why not plug in the Braille display and see what happens, and a few seconds later things started appearing.

I'd be interested in learning about how easy or difficult it's going to be to interface a braille display with Leopard. We will be open around the clock at our stores this weekend. In fact, there's a long line at the store here in Anchorage, as of this writing. I had to get someone to take my place at the club this weekend because we're having our entire staff at the store on hand. Let us know when you spot your Leopard. Lol...
