Help with messed-up addressbook

I tried to import my contacts from Outlook Express as csv and it must  
have messed up my addressbook. I can't complete lots of addresses now  
though I can some so the fields must have gotten messed up. I still  
have the old addressbook entries from my Tiger install. Can I just re- 
insert the file and which file would it be?

also, is there a way I'm missing to view and edit these addresses?  I  
can only see one card at a time and it's hard to tell what data is in  
which column. admittedly I've not done much with the address book up  
till now because it has always seemed like such a mess to navigate to  
me.
