Finding new VO commands

I've noticed that many of you have not found many of the new VO  
commands until others have pointed them out.  You can find most, if  
not all, the new VO commands by pressing VO-H twice quickly.  This  
brings upa  menu with all currently available VO commands, and this is  
a great way to learn ones you don't know, or be reminded of those  
you've forgotten.  Much info can be found in VO-F7 as well.
