Might I suggest you upload the help file, zipped or mac equivalent,
whatever that iis to
www.sendspace.com
The site is quite accessible, at least in Windows. After the file uploads
you are presented with a link for download. If you could send that link to
the list it would save you having to send out multiple copies.
