Yes, the Mac Book Pro's are 2.6 GHZ up from 2.4 Max. I will wait until
they get to 3.4 GHZ before I think about upgrading.

Which machine do you have?... and, on the subject of speed; for
anyone interested, Apple has just tweaked the higher end MacBooks
and possibly the MBP's as well, to run faster... Just a quick FYI...
Have an awesome day y'all!...

If there was a third motion, then add me in. Greg you are always

suggestions. Thanks, by the way how fast is your Leopard running
with that fast machine of yours?

Rob, I definitely second it with loud applause. Why wasn't Apple
doing this
as they said they would.
Thanks again Greg.

Subject: A big thank you to Greg
Well, the subject says it all, but not really. I'd really like
to thank you
sincerely for doing this, not only for the Mac users that have to
tweak
their skills with a new Operating System, but also for people
like me that
are poised on the brink of throwing Windows out the window and
trying
something new.
Yeah I know I keep saying I'll be making the switch any day now,
but
let's face it, even at the very affordable price of $599 U.S. us
poor
musicians have to scrimp and save for a bit.
But until then I can study, thanks to Greg and his efforts and
when I
finally, and the day isn't long in coming, am able to make the
jump I shall
be well prepared.
Also thanks to you listers for letting me lurk and glean
information as
you learn to tame the spotted cat as well.
Rob
