Well, as far as the file size goes, you should be able to see that
if you look at a finder window in list view mode.
As for the info thing, does it freeze as *soon* as you hit cmd i?
What I've found on my system is that, it seems to be the permissions
area of the dialog box that crashes VO. In other words, if I move
right in the dialog box, I can get a fairly long way and a fair
amount of information out of the dialog box.
I have absolutely no idea what the deal is with this, though.
