Hello,
Just for the heck of it, I unchecked Sounds in the VO Utility and I  
discovered something. When using the browser, things ran much smoother  
and much faster. So then I rechecked sounds and unchecked positional  
sound. But the browser was still a little sluggish. When I unchecked  
sounds again, again, the browser worked extremely fast.
