Woops!  My bad as they say.

The reason why there are .vcf files in my address folder is because I
exported them from my PC.
Ok, here's what you do.

1. Launch the address book
2. Select All of your entries.
3. In file, select Export vCard, the default location in the export/save as
dialog should be the address folder.
4. It should save as a single file, which you can transport to outlook.
